Beautiful boutique hotel. We loved the style and design of the rooms. The family room was perfect with two separate but connected bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Comfortable beds and very clean. Very nice breakfast with view on the garden. We only stayed one night in Fall while on a road trip, but for summer stays, the hotel also has a beautiful swimming pool. The hotel is in a very quiet area but only 5 minutes away from the tourist part of town. Overall a lovely stay.

We were treated so nicely after we came in wet from a storm. We warmed up around a lovely wood fire in the cozy lobby and were served drinks too! We felt very special and well cared for! Exceptional hospitality!

Staff were lovely, very helpful. The gardens and swimming pool were lovely. The pool was very clean and warm and a joy to swim in.
Breakfast was excellent.
I was unaware that they did not do lunch and dinners. They very kindly did a cold collation of cheeses and cold meats on my first night.
I should have researched a little better. €16 - €18 for a taxi from town. Very reasonable on the bus, under 10 minutes to walk to the busstop. I was also unaware that they did not do lunch or dinners.
For a solo traveller I think a central hotel would be more advisable.
It was a little old fashioned.
I would have preferred curtains as there were only net curtains with a view to the grounds. I presume people don't walk in the grounds, but I didn't know. The wine was not to my taste.
I couldn't turn the shower on.

The pool area is gorgeous and the pool was heated ! which was appreciated . Very helpful staff.
We couldn't shower when we wanted as the hot water was only available at certain times . Also, no A/C as , only heat is available after a specific date , regardless of the outside temperature.

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Especially the young lady at the reception was very helpful and shared all possible options and suggestions.
Breakfast was great and totally worth it.
The hotel has a nice swimming pool and sufficient parking.
The room was a bit small and sober but the hotel itself was perfect with a parking and a nice swimming pool.
It is a bit too far to walk to Carcassonne but perfect if you travel by car.

Staff excellent and very informative about the area. All staff made every guest feel special. Exceptionally clean and huge attention to detail. Breakfast fantastic and great value for what's on offer. We will definitely recommend to others and we will be returning.

Booked to have breakfast on arrival at 16 euros per person but to be honest it looked anything but appetising
Drinks from a machine
Mostly wheat goods that looked like the ´long life’s variety
Pots of stacked yoghurt - and no lovely fruit apparent. Tiny processed ´fun’ size sausages and what really looked like powdered scrambled eggs. No serving staff apparent. Very much a pre set up self serve buffet but at an enhanced price. The value of this set up should be no more than 8 euros. Such a shame as it is a lovely well cared for beautiful hotel.
