The hotel was clean with a decent breakfast.
The hotel was just fine for a stopover stay, but not located to anything within walking distance. Not recommended if you do not have a car or do not want to spend 15-20 euros getting into city centre.

The bed was comfortable.
Location was farther out of town than expected. The amenities were very basic & an extension cord was provided as there were no electrical outlets next to the bed.

Cleanliness and order of the room . Personal polite and respectful.
Breakfast is a bit expensive for the quality.Everthing is cold.It miss microwave, egg boilers or bread grill apparatus ,toaster etc..If we could warm some of the food serve it would have been much better.Some people like me like est hot breakfast and even most in winter.I think that the hotel can eventually ameliorate this point.Otherwise everything was ok.

Convenient and good value overnight hotel, good breakfast, helpful staff, rooms were ok, we had a family room with two doubles which was a decent size for 4 of us.
As with a lot of this chain, the entrance looks new and smart but the corridors and rooms are tired. The shower temperature kept changing and would become scalding hot (literally) with no warning. Thankfully it was only me not my kids that used it. If the bathroom door was slightly open the toilet door would jam against it leaving you stuck in the loo. The key card wouldn't work. The mattress was like a rock.

Secure parking.
Room ok but a bit tired.
We booked the hotel primarily for the EV chargers on offer so we could fully charge for our onward journey, however they didn't seem to work! The chargers don't accept RFID cards such as Chargepoint or Freshmile, so you have to work them through an app with a QR code but the app wouldn't pick up the QR code. Very frustrating and disappointing.
No bar to relax in.
Bed hard and lots of traffic noise from 05:30 onwards.
Unable to shower as unusable as the shower head wouldn't stay up!
No plug on sink to shave!
