Easy walk to the castle where there are good shops, restaurants etc. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and very good value.
No English speaking news TV (e.g. CNN or BBC World Service) would expect this in view of multi-national guests. Breakfast was a bit "open" with others touching food etc. would prefer e.g. individual bread rolls rather than everyone using same loaf!

Location is perfect. The old town is just in 5 minutes walk.
The room was clean and quiet. The shower was working well. The breakfast was also good, nothing special but everything you need. You can also have some family activities at the reception.
Everything was okay.
Its needed to say that the room is quite small and simple - for those who prefer more spacious and comfortable rooms.

Walking distance to the medieval city and old town. The room was big, comfortable and the children loved the bunkbeds. The hotel decor is fun, with lots of references to knights and Cavaliers. Parking is free of charge. The breakfast was good.
Lack of child friendly food options in the restaurant in the evening.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely, a good selection of food. The pool looked good, although I didn't use it myself. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy and well beyond expectation. Although there is no kettle in the rooms, tea and coffee are available for free down near reception. There is also a water dispenser which was very useful. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the citadel.
This is not a reflection of the hotel at all but as a solo traveller, travelling just off season, I didn't feel very comfortable going out at night. There weren't many people about and the area appeared run down in places. That is in no way the fault of the hotel, simply something less adventurous travellers might want to consider. I gather it is much busier in the main season with more people about. I still had a lovely time.

Great breakfast selection, very clean room and facilities with bright appearance and little stories with reference to Carcassone's history, friendly staff, casual atmosphere, green outside area, quiet location in short walking to La Cit, even city centre was within walking distance.
Bummer that the pool was closed despite temperatures still being warm. Air in the room felt dry but thankfully we were able to open a window.

Quiet. Not too large - just ground floor and first floor so no queues for lifts at any time. Very nice staff. Coffee and tea available downstairs. Free and convenient parking. An easy short walk to the lovely old walled city.
The large fixed head of my shower wouldnt stay on. But not a big deal. The flexible head worked.

The pool area is lovely
I would've liked a kettle in my room. Although breakfast was lovely it would've been nice if there were eggs every day

The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. The decor was very nice. The pool was lovely. Also the location was great.
The bed wasn't very comfortable.
Also, the hotel should let you know that taxis are not readily available to take you to the airport for your return flight. They should warn you to book the taxi 24hrs in advance.
