It is cheap + you can park there for free, useful if you arrive late
Despite 24 hours check-in, we waited nearly 20 minutes to check-in (which well after midnight is hard) + it can be noisy when people come in late or leave early

It was clean and simple. Very basic, only 15 minute walk to the Medieval City. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate Continental breakfast.
Theres a short distance of walking on the road to get to a footpath that you need to be mindful of. Ask for a hairdryer in reception BEFORE your shower.

V friendly staff & v helpful..Breakfast was good..For the price we paid it was a good stay.
Even though it was only a 15 min walk to the La Cit, it was just a little bit far out compared to some other hotels that we saw on the walk in.The room was v small & the bunk bed is designed more for children than 3 adults..wasnt easy to climb out of it.

compared to Ibis Budget in Arles the rooms were really very small and the third bed over the head of the double bed was a constant danger to our heads!

The whole experience was great from the initial arrival. The rooms were clean, and the showers were amazing. The food is obviously continental. There was plenty of food and choice .
The place where you get breakfast is small and a bit of a squeeze , and so is the seating area. If it's not busy it's fine, but if it's busy it's a different story.

Good budget hotel, room was spacious and very clean.
Rooms were not soundproof. I presume there is no night staff in this hotel as there was a physical and verbal fight between other guests at roughly 5am in the hallway outside our room. This continued for almost an hour.

WE STAYED THREE NIGHTS AT THE HOTEL AND WE REALLY ENJOYED THE STAY. THE ROOM WAS SUPER CLEAN AND STAFF WERE VERY PLEASENT AND HELPFULL, BREAKFAST FOR THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT, HOTEL WAS ABOUT 30 MINS WALK TO THE CENTRE OF THE CITY WHICH WAS IDEAL, THANKS

The staff were so good. They literally could not do enough for you. This hotel represents excellent value for money and is only a short distance from the medieval city. A great option for those with their feet under them but do take note, it is difficult to get a taxi to take you the short trip from the attractions to this hotel. We had a family member with us who has mobility issues and this was as an issue from us. Once you are in the hotel, the staff can wrangle a taxi for you and do so with pleasure.
Only thing I could possibly say is I would have liked another pillow but having already asked the staff for an extra towel and a hair dryer I felt too bad to go out and ask them for anything else.
