Room (003) that looks like a dungeon, with humidity, no window (there is a window to a enclosed hole that leaks light all night and car noise), having to queue for breakfast with insufficient amounts as well.

Nice place to stay when visiting carcassonne, 15 minutes walk from the medieval city. great boulangerie just over the road. Room was comfy.

Very friendly staff and plenty of parking. Breakfast is quite good.The hotel is an 18 min walk from old town and castle . There is a bus service.
The hotel rooms are quite small and there are no options for dining close to the hotel. However the hotel is good value for your money.
