It was close to the airport although not close enough to walk. friendly staff.
We arrived at 1 pm following a long drive and had difficulty in finding anywhere to eat. All restaurants closed at 1 pm after lunch apart from McDonalds and KFC. The hotel is in an industrial estate without any facilities for visitors.

My little girl loved climbing the ladder to get into her bed. We loved having her close, but separate still.
The room had all the essentials. The reading light above the bed was handy. Grateful for the airco with the hot weather. Staff was friendly.
A bad smell kept wafting from the shower drain, made worse by the airco spreading it through the room.
The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The bread, waffles and croissants were all dry. Really dry. The fruit in syrup was inedible. It tasted like a mix of vinegar and sugar. Terrible. The only thing that was okay was the yoghurt. The coffee was not great, but okay for a budget hotel. The cornflakes was fine too. Anything prepackaged, basically.
The location near the airport was perfect for us as we were there for a quick visit before travelling on. Some shopping options in the neighborhood too.

Actually our stay was ok. But for those who are travelling especially english speakers try to use your google translator because language barrier will be a big issue and lack of information by the staff .another important thing if you want to visit the city carcassonne it's a little far and important thing you will find the buses of (RTCA ) local transport they are available unfortunately there no info at desk. Please dont take taxis avoid them I know it's easy but they take alot of money and not worth it may be avoid them in the night time and try to be back at hotel until last bus from the city by around 18.45 pm .bus number 1 and no 7 are available near by stop at round about you can check on website on RTCA . Carcassone is beautiful city with amazing food and a medieval castle and dont forget to take cruise tour in the city this all information is a responsibility of ibis but they failed to do for us so I am trying my best for those who travel there first time and if possible try to avoid the hotels far from the city like this one .
