Nor sure. Probably the easy access to the roads around and the city centre.
Shared bathrooms and toilets, but luckily the hotel wasn't full so no waiting for the facilities. Too hot, no air cons in the rooms and if you open the window it was too loud from the nearby road. We spent 2 nights there with my husband and daughter and I think it is an overpriced stay. No towels are provided either. Not planning to use it again.

A private room for this price is a good deal. A lot of place to hang my wet clothes.
The location, without a car it required me to walk half an hour along the highway to get to the nearest normal road to get to the centre.

This was the worst experience of a hotel we ever had. Of course it is cheap, but I expect a little bit of cleaning in the room and the toilet. The room was stinking like an ashtray. The Shower was so dirty that it was not usable. The sink in the room had stains of urin in it!! The toilet seemed clean on the first glance but if you stay on the corner of the floor, litres of urin are sipping through the cabin. Last but not least, the benches in front of the hotel are used by some junkies.

If you are on a road trip, it's a fair place to stay for a pit stop to rest. Safe and easy to park.
No air conditioner. With a sink in the bedroom but no soap. Noise coming from the corridor. Small room. The bathroom and the shower are worse than in camping.
