This property was meticulously maintained, and beautifully decorated.
The pool was huge and pristine.
The property seemed exceptionally safe, despite its proximity to the medieval walled Cite of Carcassonne.
Also loved the ‘Honesty Bar’, which allowed for a refreshing beverage at any time.

Carol is so friendly and care, she made our stay very easy and pleasant. The house is close to the old cite (literally just crossed the river and 5 minutes walk). Very good value for money. Strongly recommend to stay at least one night in Carcasson—walking in the old cite in the evening after all tourists left was amazing

Our host was great, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect being only a few minutes walk into both parts of Carcassonne. The outdoor pool and terrace was lovely. Breakfast was great too.

Carole is an excellent hostess. We were made to feel very welcome and the room was perfect for us with views across the garden.

It was wonderful, the location was superb, perfectly located for the medieval city as well as the beautiful main town with its stylish shops and restaurants. The space around the accommodation was fabulous and the pool added to the experience.. We adored Carole the owner, she was such a kind, interesting and welcoming host, her knowledge of Carcassonne was endless, her breakfasts were great and overall she made our stay in her bed and breakfast perfect, Thank you

Great location, right in between the Cité and Bastide. Although a bit spooky when you are walking back from Cité towards the hotel, in the evening when dark.
Breakfast was kind of OK, same for the room.
Owners dog is using the grass as his personal toilet.

The service was excellent. Carole could not do enough for us. She made some great recommendations for food and made our restaurant bookings for us. She picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and made our stay so memorable with her personal touch. The outside pool was an absolute treat.

The property was the perfect location. It was within walking distance to the old city & also the town was within easy walking distance. The room was extremely clean & comfortable. I cannot complement our host Carol enough. She was amazing. We were welcomed with a lovely glass of wine & were made feel very welcome. I had an issue with my passport and Carol was of great assistance. She went above & beyond for us. We had a wonderful few days in Carcassone which was very much enhanced by our experience at this accommodation.

Carole was incredibly kind and welcoming to us and her breakfasts on the terrace were a wonderful way to start the day. The location is perfect for both the mediaeval Cité and La Bastide - we walked everywhere easily. We spent hot afternoons lazing by the lovely pool. Everything was clean and well-organised.

Everything, location is stunning, room was very comfortable and Spotless's clean.
Breakfast on the terrace was very nice and the swimming pool was an added bonus especially in the summer months.
15 minutes walk to the walled city of Carcassonne, which is fantastic.

We had a wonderful experience. The hotel/guesthouse was lovely, the room was perfect for our family of three. The pool was perfect and the breakfast was exactly what we hoped for. The location is amazing. Carole and her family are warm and friendly and super helpful. I highly recommend this accomodation.

Everything was just perfect. Very clean rooms, serviced daily, good quality bed linen, great air con, excellent breakfast (I will miss the coffee), perfect swimming pool, excellent location for the castle, the shops or catching a boat trip. There is a lovely relaxed feeling to the hotel and grounds but the part of our holiday that really stands out was the host Carol and her team. They are warm and welcoming and do everything they can to make sure you have a really good time.
