Wonderful
Good place to stay. Very close to the Medieval cite and supermarkets.
Nice swimming pool. There are lifts to the upper floors. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location is just a short (5 minutes?) walk to the medieval city. The apartment was quite large with everything we needed. Plenty of free parking and very friendly staff at the front desk. The pool is a real bonus as I enjoyed an evening and morning swim.

Wonderful
This is great family welcoming location with spacious apartments in the complex. We enjoyed the pool, parking, we have a great breakfast and enjoy the location to walk to the castle nearby. Location was quite and we were able to rest and get power to continue our roadtrip. The staff were great, they have even some small presents for kids. I would like to come again. The city has amazing Christmass decoration in the city, don't miss that.
In December - the central heating design of the apartment was not perfect, so there was extra heaters to provide enough warm. The Castle even in December was very busy.

Perfect location, amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Had an upgrade because our studio was not ready. The apartment we got exceeded our expectations. Large balcony, separate toilet, 2 rooms, large kitchen/dining room, secured parking

Location to the Citadel - it was a 10-12 minute walk. Very nice optional breakfast and a bar service which served the drinks in the breakfast area, outside in the garden/patio or delivered it to your room. Fridge in your room and a kitchenette, smart bathroom and a balcony off the living area. Free onsite parking
The grandchildren reported that the pool water was very cold (it was October). Also one other guest dived in in the middle of the deep end and started to swim laps using Butterfly stroke. The kids basically had to get out of his way.

The pool wasn't active, which considering it is a large part of booking a place really should be accounted for in payment.

The swimming pool was ok.
Close to old town, but very far from the new town.
The kitchen was not not fully equipped as per inventory, but they quickly gave us a pan when we asked for one.
The staff didn.t speak much english and most questions we asked they said they don.t know.
The room was not clean enough, dust not cleaned, the duvets in the living room were full of dog hair, makes me sick to even remember this.
You can use the kitchen but you need to clean it yourself spotless or else you have to pay a fee.

The stuff was very friendly and responsive to the complains offering a discount for the inconveniences and allowed to keep the car for the day of checking out. Location is quite good also.
We were unlucky to find ourselves with dirty toilet and bed covers. And additionally unsatisfied to know that the cover you normally use to prevent dust landing on the bed sheet and blanket is the “normal” blanket for the sofa bed. I never saw that kind of thing for quite a long history of renting flats and apartments.

To charge 12 euros because of late departure before 13:00 is totally unfair. The cleaner was still cleaning other rooms. Furthermore, the temperature of the swiming pool is not warm enough. No towels are given for the swimming pool and they charge for clean towels.

Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well equipped
Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly
