I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Cannes. It’s a charming, family-run place — very cozy and always spotlessly clean. The toiletries are high quality, and the owner is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better — right in the city center, close to everything. There’s also a lovely terrace in the courtyard with comfortable chairs and tables — a perfect spot to relax after a day in the city. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Clean, close to city centre, polite staff, modern rooms
1. No soundproofing between rooms or corridor - you could hear literally every conversation next door, snoring in the night, phone ringingly, screaming kids, people moving in the corridor. 2. Underground passage to get to the hotel, after 7/8pm as solo traveler I wouldn’t recommend.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a welcoming smile. A Staff member carried my bags up to my room which was great since there was no elevator. The room was beautiful and perfectly decorated. The bed was so comfortable I did not want to leave it. Everything was spotless. The air conditioning worked quite well .Nichole was very helpful and even pointed out a few restaurants for me. I was able to leave my bags after checking out for a few hours while still exploring the city. Overall, I loved my stay and I would definitely go back and I have already recommended it to a few friends.

Very well kept. Stylish and dignified. Super close to town. Excellent breakfast. Owner Nicole is on-site. Her personality is all over the place. Would return.
Slightly sketchy neighbors hard by the rail tracks. You have to go thru a clean, well-kept tunnel to get to town, but on 5 minutes you’re in the thick of it. Ten minutes and your at the beach.
