The room
The place was awful as I saw the Cockroach in the bathroom. And there wasn't any trash basket in the kitchen. But aa we went there after check in time, they put our keys available for us. This was the best specific of ut and is so close to beach, bus stop .

It was close to the beach and free parking at the beach the elevator works.
The muggy air and the toilet moves when used and sink is across from the bathroom and no ventilation,lights sometimes would not work,no ac/heater,the staircase had a pungent smell, and the hallways smell.

Budget friendly, Location, Unit size, Big Balcony facing the sea.
1. Check-In was very stressful as the staff kept me waiting for more than 25mins as she was on phone. She only disconnected the call when other local guests arrived for check-in and started complaining. Though she regretted later but proper training for reception employees is expected from the business owner to have more welcoming experience for their guests.
2. Bathroom needs renovation
3. Plates, bowls and cups in the kitchen are overused and needs to be replaced.
Overall its budget friendly accommodation if you are just looking for a day or max 2 nights of stay in Cannes. So will recommend for sure.

The situation we encountered was precarious and completely different from what had been advertised, which caused significant discomfort and major inconveniences for our team.
Upon our arrival at the apartment, we immediately noticed several serious issues that made our stay impossible. We highlight the main points below that justify our indignation:
Number of beds: The listing stated that the apartment had two beds and was suitable for four people, but the apartment only had one bed, which completely compromised our ability to accommodate our team as planned.
Precarious conditions: The apartment had no lights in several rooms, with only the hallway light working, which caused great discomfort. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not functional, which made things even more difficult.
Maintenance issues: We found mold in the cupboards. Furthermore, the window blinds were broken and couldn't be opened or closed, which made the environment even more unhealthy.
Unpleasant odor: The apartment had an extremely strong and unpleasant smell, making it impossible to stay in the space.
Non-compliance with the listing: The apartment was radically different from what was presented in the description on the website, both in terms of space and the general conditions of the living space.
Due to these unacceptable conditions, we were forced to leave.

parking not allowed. No clear instructions about parking. I have to find my own parking outside. Because of difficulty to find parking, I was 45 minutes late and I almost can't stay there even I have made payment in advance as the Reception is about to close and no facility available to enter the room.

The building was very close to the sea
The whole block stank terribly, the floor in the apartment was sticky, the cupboards couldn't be opened and the kitchen was full of ants that feasted on our food. We contacted the reception and asked for a place in the underground garage The lady at the reception advised us to park our car on the street because her car park was already full, but she informed us about this fact after the hour had passed by which we could cancel our stay for free, she assured us that it was very safe??????(the car with the broken rear window is ours)
