Great location.
Very run down and needs some repairs.
- Door leading out to the balcony wouldn't close as latch was broken.
- Some wall sockets didn't work.
- TV didn't work.
- The bathroom was very old with mould in the corners and a very stained/scratched bath tub.
- x2 kitchen cooktop knobs were broken.
Apartment wasn't very clean.

Excellent location, close to train and 30 minutes walk to Cannes centre. The balcony was the best with a lovely sea view and hearing the waves. Large apartment with room for at least 4 people
The kitchen was very tired and could do with a renovation. The reception was not staffed all the time

WE didn't visit the beach here but did visit the downtown and where the Cannes Film festival occurs. We also visited the other communities near by. Parking lot was good but tight.
It was a little hard to get around here so we didn't spend much time near the hotel.

The apartment is really nice , the one at the top floor has good view. Its facing south towards sea so a sunrise and sunset directly will not be possible but you will get the essence. It will be a scenic paradise

A good complex, right next to the beach, had an amazing room on the top floor with a sea view, absolutely stunning. Clean and spacious. The pool is a bit long way out of the building but is worth the trek.
The furniture is a bit dated. One of the small beds was a bit broken. Apart from that no complaints.

Security of the premises was great.
I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. The photos and description did not match. It was a run day apartment. Lights didnt work, they had lamps in the bedroom and they didnt work. Kitchen was disgusting, couldnt bare to touch anything. Bottom line is dont book this place.

Very close to the wonderful beach and just in the opposite side a supermarket all the time open also a bakery and coffee store very close
To be honest the cheapest in Cannes..
Very old furnitures and the room was like an under construction one (wall from painted clothe)!
Just outside of the reception smells like toilet
