The apartment exceeded expectations, the presence of all possible amenities in the room (kettle, toaster, refrigerator, dishes, coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, air conditioning... everything you need for comfort), a private terrace, the ability to order parking in the neighboring area, the beach is 4- x minutes at least. It was great. I recommend!!!

The location was perfect - 5min walk to the beach and 20min walk to the train station. We stayed in the studio apartment which had a single and double bed - so lots of room for us!

we stayed here for 6 nights and we loved every minute of the stay.
Secure parking for your car, beach literally over the road, lots of restaurants and bars, train station maybe 20 minute walk and its only 26 for 2 adults and you can use it as many times as you want. we went to Nice and Monaco.
The owner is very nice and friendly, the accommodation is very clean with everything you need.

Apartment in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach. Secure parking which is not obvious in Cannes. Very nice owner whos always there to help.

Gerald was a great host , the apartment was very clean and spacious and came with an open kitchen , tv , ac and water boiler, the location is fantastic just 4 mins away by walking to the closest beach, there is a parking available at 12 euro a day for a car or motorcycle
