I really enjoyed this property. The location was really convenient and right by the water. It was tastefully decorated and modern. I tried the top floor restaurant and the food was really good. The staff were really friendly as well.
My only note is that they doors/walls were quite thing so you could hear folks on the other side sometimes.

Location was 5 stars! Hotel room 5 stars but staff were snooty & unfriendly especially at Rooftop Restaurant where we had an excellent breakfast. Most importantly, the Housecleaner named PATRICIA, was very rude to us & told us to get out of our room 446 on Sept. 30, 2025 at around 11am so she could clean! We were in shock to hear this as we prefer to stay in our room when cleaners come in for security reasons. Not only did she scream at my partner & I when we were outside the room, she threw our toiletries from the sink top onto the floor! And kicked the waste bin inside the bathroom! She was crazy & livid that we didn’t leave the room so she could clean!! Being so upset & shocked to see this cleaner’s horrendous behavior, we went to see the Guest relations manager Camilla, who didn’t do anything for us until we had a
Armenia another manager come to our room so we could discuss our issues with this cleaner PATRICIA. All she did was make the room again with the Housekeeping Mgr & offer us some water. We were hoping for more such as some financial compensation for the trauma we had to endure. Would you be able to do something for us in terms of financial compensation plz? We will also contact Hilton top management as well to file a complaint as this was UNACCEPTABLE!!! Sorry I should have put this in the next section but got carried away so consider this part to be in the “didn’t like” section as well plz. Other than that, we loved the Hilton & will be staying at the other locations as well as we travel often.

The apartment is spacious
The facilities are severely lacking. For the rates they charge, you'd expect a much higher standard. The room was not cleaned properly, which was very disappointing. Overall, not worth the money.

Great modern hotel with excellent staff and a smooth check-in - my room was even ready early. The rooftop is a standout, offering an amazing view, and the breakfast was very good. Just note there’s some construction in front of the hotel, and the spa access comes at an extra cost

This hotel is in serious need of a management overhaul and pricing policy review. 1. They charge 20 + 40 to park an electric car. This is highway robbery. Hold your horses!! In Cannes you should never pay 60 euro to park. 2. Air conditioning doesn’t work well. 3. Toilet paper is a low ply count. 4. Front desk staff don’t care. Overall the location is good though be aware there’s construction nearby but the prices are bizarre and staff uncaring. Facilities are dated. Not the Hilton best.

Great location close to city center and within walking distance to the Palais of Cannes. I liked the modern design of the hotel and the room very much. The bed had been very comfy and one could get water for free from a fountain in the lobby.
Room was kind of dark so I had to put the light on even during day time (341).

The staff was very helpful and polite . They happily gave me my room early without any fuss or persuasion. The rooftop is just amazing with probably one of the best views in Cannes. The cafe is very good with great non fussy food and coffees and drinks .
I didn’t like the small selection of snacks / small plates pre dinner at the rooftop bar and the crab arancini was not at all tasty, that was my only problem my entire stay . Else everything was fabulous.

Great hotel, great staff, nice little gym and pool area.
there's plenty of spaces to sit and work\have coffee.
Lounge in the upper floor is great with awesome vies.
Location is also pretty good.
