Location is fantastic, in close proximity to all the stores and the beach.
There was a foul odor in the elevator (sewage) but aside from that everything was good.

Location is great. Veronique was pretty quick with responding to messages.
The room is tired. there are covers on holes in the floor which are not secured properly. My wife stubbed her foot on it which resulted in a cut and therefore she needed to walk around with plasters on her foot for our holiday which is really difficult when it is 34 degrees outside and with sweat the plasters keep coming off. The cleaning lady only came once in 4 days. Day 1 the cleaner never came. I sent Veronique a message that we needed towels etc. someone came to the room and dropped off towels only, they did not clean the room, take out the trash, replace toilet rolls, make the bed, vacuum the floor or anything else. Day 2 the cleaner came. Day 3 no cleaner. Ran out of toilet paper on last day. Also received messages that the second half of the payment had not gone through. My understanding is that that is not my fault. I received messages that i needed to draw cash and pay this over, also that while I was on holiday I needed to take time out of it to make arrangements to hand over said cash. Not exactly what one wants when one is just wanting some downtime and rest, now you have to run around to sort out someone else's admin. Anyway, I did not draw cash because that is impossible with a cell phone, only to find that the amount came off my account. Imagine I had paid the cash over, I would now be out of pocket to the tune of £400. I never received a message to say that the money had been received though, so not sure how to read this one.

Everything was perfect. Location one Minute from the beach. I really enjoy my stay.After check out its there luggage room if you habe late fly in the evening.

Very clean. We reschedule our arriving time and the owner was absolutely understandable during situation that we had on the road. Bed was comfortable and big. The owner is friendly, location is perfect!

Noise, slow lifts , no reception or any staff available in the building , door lock was not very good , the secuirty in the building is very low only one normal camera in entrance area and anyone can reach it , no cleaning everyday. Wasnt good stay we were very stressed

The location was amazing
Elevator was really slow. Room can be cleaner. Cleaning wasn’t accessible while the owner clearly stated that there will be cleaning every 3 days (We had to ask the owner several times for cleaning). Living room AC wasn’t working, we informed the landlord but he didn’t do anything.

Location
First of all, the Air condition in the living room was not working. I contacted the property management and they promised me to fix it, however, I checked out and the AC was still not working. Second, the Elevator is extremely slow, it takes 1 minute and 39 seconds to take you from ground floor to 4th floor. Third, the apartment is poorly furnished, and very old. WARNING ,there are many night clubs down stairs, you can’t sleep at night.

Clean and modern.
If you are 21 years old and want to be in the centre of the nightlife then this is the perfect youth hostel. But if your in your 50s and don’t like haven’t to deal with drunken disrespectful kids who used this property to continue parties etc then stay well away. They advertise that it is a quiet property between the hours of 2200 and 0700am FALSE !!!. We checked out 3 days early as we needed sleep. Obviously the property owners did not refund us !!! Thank you for ruining our holiday.
