Location
They have elevator issue, power went off for 20 minutes in my room, staff very unfriendly checking in but when checking out they are very nice I guess to get a good review and finally the laundry is not good at all, towels are not clean as they don’t smell they have been washed properly! Anyhow I won’t book Novotel again totally disappointed

Everything was terrible the bed sheets were dirty and blankets as well sofa bed had stains old rusty rooms only one elevator for the whole hotel you should wait and you take your own luggage to the room with the small elevator no towels for the bathrooms no extra blankets so dusty no ironing table ac was hot I don’t recommend

Its exactly what you might expect a relatively budget hotel . Lots of hot water . A bath and a shower , a small toilet room , tea and coffee maker , , fridge , microwave , safe . Reasonable breakfast though i went out . Close to town centre (10 minute walk ) and on the road to the A8 ( 10 mins by car )
Parking underground was full when i stayed but there is blue zone parking outside ( free from 19.00 - 08.00

It’s smelly, unhygienic hotel .. there were flies in the breakfast area and in the food being served to the customers. Staff is highly obnoxious and unfriendly

It was close to the Cannes center, quiet area
The reception at night were rude. I asked for a blanket so that my friend could sleep on the floor, they refused and said ‘you need to book a different room’ and pay more. My room was for 2 persons and it has a queen size bed and we both were registered as guests. This was very short sighted behavior from the reception

a lot can be done with kindness.
I got such a good result within minutes of signing up for their free loyalty programme.
The room just happened to be ready the morning I needed it. you can leave your bag in peace after the chech-out. the rooms are well maintained and nothing is missing. but most importantly I slept really well, even though one of the busiest streets was outside the window.
the main thing - everything close enough to catch the French at a decent speed.

I didn’t have the breakfast. I like that it was a 10 min walk away from the city centre/beach/station. Very convenient. The staff were great also!
Nothing major, the corridor and reception area had a lack of bright lighting but not totally bad. A few slight renovations can be done to the room and lift but other than that it was great!
