Location, near the railway station, on a quiet street. Basic comfort, but wit air conditioning.

The shower needs to be regrouted, truthfully, the entire bathroom needs refurbishing.

The hotel was located right between the train station and the beach, making it easy to go to the beach in Cannes but also in other cities such as Antibes. The staff was lovely and the rooms were simple but had everything we needed. The value for money is unbeatable for the region.

Superb location close to the train station and grocery stores. A lot of restaurants are available around the hotel. Walking distance to the beach and other tourist spots. Spacious family room with street view.
Does not offer breakfast. Small elevator, can only accommodate 1 person at a time; difficult if you have lots of luggages. Presence of hotel staff is at a limited time.
