We have waited 60 min for check-in. Lady at the reception was there first day and clearly was not trained well. Cards to the rooms did not work and she did not know how to fix it. Stains on carpet and on bedding. Different room than we booked. And we were not the only ones. Receptionist clueless how to fix any of that. Breakfast either very small directly in tiny lobby or in different hotel two blocks away. Definitely not worth the price and the four stars! We were moved to the other hotel Crisol Lumiere after complaining and that one was better.

Disappointing
The bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was clean overall.
The hotel advertises itself as a four-star property, but the overall experience certainly did not live up to that standard. Housekeeping was lacking, as dirty glasses and coffee cups went unreplaced for three days until I finally had to ask reception for fresh ones, and bags and boxes were left sitting in the corridor overnight. To make matters worse, breakfast was not even served on-site, requiring a trip to their secondary location. On top of that, the receptionist was quite rude, distant, and made arrival feel entirely unwelcoming, leaving the overall stay deeply disappointing.

TV is big, but what for, if no channels???.
Receptionists are polite.

Location of the hotel was amazing. Couldn’t get a better situated hotel which is modern and this price range
Nothing- only disadvantage is the rooms are small but that’s no fault of theirs, you know that before arriving. And no early check ins we had to wait 6 hours after arriving without having to shower.

It's not a hotel.. it's more like room rent.. they don't have any space for reception, no scape for breakfast. We had to go to another their hotel nearby for breakfast..
