The location of the hotel is perfect. The decoration and the size of the room were very good. The rooms were clean.

Housekeeping was very slow. Even when we returned to our room at 3:00 PM, we often found that it had not yet been cleaned. When the room was eventually cleaned, it was not restored to its original condition properly. We even noticed on some occasions that the towels had not been replaced. The reception staff were not particularly helpful or friendly. Their attitude often felt unwelcoming and lacked the level of hospitality one would expect.

Had my birthday asked for upgrade but was not granted. Not a piece of chocolate for a birthday. Poor attitude for a hotel like this

I had emailed with the staff to reserve beach chairs and when we arrived we were told it was sold out and out in a waiting list but never were able to be on their beach the whole stay.
This was very disappointing.

I came back to the hotel at 1 AM. the security was not there and the main door of the hotel was locked .
There was no one as well at the reception to open the door . After waiting for 20 min, a hotel guest came and called someone she is sharing the room with to go down and wake up the hotel staff to open the door.

The customer service here is below average. I previously stayed at MGallery Bodrum, which was far better.
At this hotel, everything comes with a charge. I asked for extra coffee capsules, but they only provide two per day and refused my request for more. What kind of hotel operates like this? I've stayed in many hotels and even motels, and I've never been denied extra coffee capsules. Additionally, during the refill, they don’t include milk, so I have to keep asking for it. When I requested a small plate and forks, they told me there would be a charge for delivery, but I could get them myself downstairs for free. I've never experienced such poor service in a hotel before.

The hotel was very well-located and clean.
We made the mistake of booking at this hotel in April when the heating was still on. Even though they say they have air-conditioning, I was told it was not available yet even though it was warm outside. Even with the heating off in the small room and the window wide open - it was so hot on the 5th floor that I couldn’t sleep. I would say it was unbearable and ruined my trip. When I spoke to the Manager, he was unhelpful, unsympathetic and frankly rude.

Disappointing
Location was great - very close to the Croisette and beach.
Room was clean and a decent size with a balcony.
The rooms were extremely hot, there was no option for AC despite asking repeatedly and the hotel having advertised itself as having AC. We were told it was not possible to turn it on, just to leave a window/door open. The temperature in the room was sometimes as high as 29 degrees celsius.
On taking this up with the desk manager on check-out, he was dismissive, defensive and did not even really accept that we had never had this experience in similar rated hotels elsewhere. We explained to him that we had not been able to sleep much for our two nights which was frustrating as it was a short 3 day break. Whilst he said he was sorry to hear this no gestures of goodwill were offered.
Further, without telling us or with any signage to indicate, it turns out that if you use the stairwell your key card does not work on the doors (despite there being key card fobs on all the stairwell doors on every floor). Therefore I became trapped in the stairwell with no way out although eventually I was able to exit at the ground level (although again there were no signs to indicate this).
On explaining this to the same manager, he said there was obviously something wrong with my key fob as it should have let me get out on my own floor. When we explained that there was nothing wrong with my key fob, because it always worked in the lifts and for my room door and lights in the room, he was utterly dismissive. He went so far as to say it was 'exceptional' for someone to use the stairs. I beg to differ, if a person wishes to use the stairs and there is no signage saying they are only to be used in the case of emergency, then they are at liberty to do so. Again, no gesture of good will was offered. I will be taking this up with Accor Groups, of which this hotel is a member.
