Amazing warm pool and the lilo and play stuff for the children was such a nice touch. The staff were attentive and helpful. The rooms were very clean, well equipped and modern. Staff cleaned the rooms very quickly when were were out and about. Breakfast was yummy and sitting in the conservatory for breakfast was very comfortable. The location was even better than expected.

Very bad experience in the room the conditioner was not working at all , the room was at the first floor on the main street and was absolutely impossible to sleep with the window open. We asked to change the room but there were no more rooms available, to resolve this problem they gave us a normal ventilator!!, the day after at the reception as compensation for this problem, they propose us a Free breakfast that we did not accepted. We asked for a reimbursement and after one month they propose a discount on a future stay with them. Not serious at all!!

The location was excellent.
The garden with pool was lovely.

Room service was sometimes as late as 4pm.

Loved the location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and patio area was really relaxing. The location is amazing, just a short walk from the promenade and beaches.
Room was quite noisy. Could hear the people above us walking around. If one kept the outside doors closed it was relatively quiet however if the door was open it was incredibly noisy. There is nothing the hotel can do about this though. A few minor things like we checked in at 14:30 and waited outside on the patio to be told when our room was ready. The receptionist however left for the day at 15:00 and did not inform anyone that we were waiting. It happened to another guest as well.

We had a room for 4 and it was a little tight, but apart from that everything was wonderful.

The pool was sweet.
THE BEDS WERE THE WORST BEDS WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN. Sofa bed was HORRENDOUS & we ended up putting the thin Mattress onto the floor !! Madness !!! The main bed was hard & very uncomfortable- cheap and nasty!!
Their Coffee was horrible
They didnt even have coffee making facilities in the room except for an old kettle and Instant coffee !!! In a 4* ???

Pool was much smaller than in pictures, hotel room is a little bit old. Spotlights not working properly in bathroom and water leaking from showers.

Location is kind of center, not far from La Croisette and sea port
There property has No restaurants so in case of need you will have to go out on the street and fetch some food. Breakfast is very basic and too pricey
