Very Good
The price was a great value. The room (Classic Double Room) was surprisingly bigger than I expected and the bed was big and comfy. The location is great if you want to go to the promenade and the beach - which we enjoyed, but know that it's a bit east from the city center. To get to the market, the film festival hall, or the busy restaurants area would be 15+ min walking. Not a problem if you like walking, and you can use the pink bus to get there too. A very nice feature of the hotel is the spa area - We didn't get to try the treatments, but there's a small indoor pool, tanning chairs, a hammam & sauna, all for free. The hotel has private parking.
It's convenient that the hotel has private parking, but it was very very small - few parking spaces, very close to one another, and although I managed, I was scared the entire time that another car would bump into my (rental) car since everything was so so small and narrow. The cleaning staff made a lot of noise in the hallway, and we had trouble napping because of it. Petty of us, but you want to enjoy your peace and quiet when vacationing in a hotel.

Staff could be more professional and friendly. The hotel is NOT a four star, rather a three star. They hugely advertise it as a spa or wellness hotel but the facilities are small and underwhelming.

I loved the pool and the spacious room. However, the staff was not pleasant. We were treated poorly. Most of the staff working the front desk treated us like second class citizens.

Couldn't have been more perfect. The facilities were great, just what I wanted and it was nice and quiet. They provided me with soya milk for my room. Perfect location 5 minutes from the promenade and shopping area. Lovely staff, exceptionally clean room. Will no doubt be back in future.

The location is good, not far from the shopping street and the beach. You will need to walk a little from Gare and Palais des Festivales. The swimming pool is smaill but half of it is outside, it is really cool, Saunas good as well.
As usual for Cannes, the rooms are bit old, furniture in a average condition, no luxury expected.
