Warm welcome from reception.
Standard of cleanliness. Bathroom had black mold, and other guests hair blocking the plug

Rooms were terrible - toilet on top of the bed practically. Asked for a refund so we could move hotel but they wouldnt give one

The decor was lovely, fresh clean rooms, lovely breakfast room, comfortable beds, clean and modern bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff and location. A fabulous hotel, I will be back.

Centrally located. Clean room and lovely decoration.
We arrived at 10pm and unfortunately the check in systems were down so took us almost an hour to get our room. Not much the hotel can do however it was a slight inconvenience.

Great location, right next to the train station so easy to get to. Staff were lovely and we loved the little balcony to sit!! Would definitely book here again.
