Exceptional
very spatious standard room, with large comfortable bed; balcony with view of town. Not luxurious, but effective and reasonable. One of the best values for money i've visited in years. Extremely helpful staff. Breakfast room on rooftop very pleasant. Rooftop bar closed unfortunately because of covid.

Wonderful
Large, airy rooms, with fridge and good sized balcony. Secure underground parking. Area seemed pretty safe, and was easy walking to the public beach, bars and restaurants.
The rooms are a bit dated.

Room space. Terrace. Quiet place during night,but still really close to main square. Hotel staff nice and helpful.
Room design was really old. There was no normal cover in the room,just a material one,no additional pillows, payed parking(more than 10per day) that you have to add to room price along with city tax.
Breakfast really basic. Omelette cooked a while ago didn't look or tasted good.
Hairdryer,attached to the wall,was overheating during use and burning hands a bit.

the hotel is 5 minute walk from the gare and also walking distance 10 minutes to cannes city center and old town. The location is good. The breakfast is very filling and enough variety. The staff was nice as well. The room was very spacious with balcony and i liked it.
the rooms look like they are from 80s or 90s. Cleaning wasnt done even though i asked for it. Maybe they didnt understand that i asked for it. The toilet in my room was a little loose, like it wasn't sturdy

The bed was comfortable, it had blackout shutters in the bedroom and it had a big terrace
They only provided a sheet to sleep with, which was not enough. There was paint peeling off the walls. I requested a double bed and there were two single beds when I arrived. It was definitely not worth the 200 that I paid.

Very friendly and helpful personnel! An underground garage! Nice location of a restaurant on the top floor, nice view. A/C in the room. Three elevators.
The hotel looks much better on photos than in reality. Sound insulation in the room could be better. Unfortunately, very poor breakfast due to Covid19 situation. Parking places in the garage are not marked therefore some cars block two parking spaces.

The Location .
The breakfast is very poor , we didnt have internet the first 3 days , room cleaning was every 3 nights .

Pleasant
Perfect location to discover the city, restaurants and shopping are nearby. Big parking space if you come by car. Big rooms with large bed.
Due to Corona Breakfast is really limited. Rooms get only cleaned once in 3 days. Location wise it takes about 20 minutes with the car before you finally get out of Cannes.
