The property is super close and convenient for the town centre and the port. We visited the Cannes yachting festival so it was a very good location for this.
The property is very tired and smelt of damp. There was no space in the bathroom to put 2 peoples toiletries. When we asked for a new towel we were asked to visit reception to get one. The lift is tiny, you can just about fit 2 people at a time in it. The breakfast is ok but very basic. Each time we tried to park our car to drop off or collect our bags the hotel staff made it very difficult - dropping off, there was a guest hogging the space hilts he took his bags to his room. When we left a member of staff was parked in the space and only moved it after insisting despite us saying we were bringing our car around to collect the bags.

The location was amazing ! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Towels were changed every day, the room was clean. Basically everything that I expected to get.
Maybe some minor things that were quickly fixed by the staff

Location: Beach, train and bus station, supermarket, just five minutes from the hotel,The hotel staff is friendly.The maid frequently changes the towels and empties the wastebasket.The elevator, although small (for one person), serves its purpose because it did not break down once during my stay, and there was no crowd to board the elevator.The nearest restaurant is just three steps from the hotel's door
The room is extremely uncomfortable. Very tight space. I, 160 cm tall and weighing 55 kg, could barely get between the furniture. A view of the ugly yard. There is no terrace. You have nowhere to dry towels and bathing suits. the bed is a bit bigger, but two people of average height barely fit. It cannot be categorized as a double room. There is only one chair. If one is sitting, what should the other do? To stand next to him?

Disappointing
Completely empty soap in the shower, it's not allowed to eat in the room and the cleaning staff entered in my room while I was in the bathroom at 10 am despite the music and all my stuff pretty much in sight in the room, complaining I should have left a note outside the door (but it wasn't available at all in my room).
