Location, cleanliness, and comfort.
I didn’t like the breakfast buffet. The breakfast staff seemed to be scrambling and the food needed a better rotation. Refilling of food that ran out, ordering à la carte was confusing, and staff were not attentive.

Everything!! Location is absolutely amazing and close to all the action yet far enough from the noise. Ot oversees a beautiful garden and the beach.
The staff was so hospitable and friendly, every single one we delt with was absolutely wonderful especially the Sri Lankan lady she was amazing.
It was our 8th anniversary and they welcomed us with a beautiful gift and we had no expectations whatsoever and this resort blew us away.
Finally, the spa, wow. So amazing and the message service is on point. Totally visiting again.
We drove and we parked the first night for 40€ a day, then I found out the parking spot front of the hotel is open for anyone with less than 3€ a night so never park with them unless you want the valet service.

The room is amazing and offers a great view towards the sea. The receptionists and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect just across the beach. It is also very close to the old town/port where you can walk along the beach and enjoy the tranquility of the sea. Not to mention that the spa place is a definitely bonus. Would love to stay there again when I return to Cannes.

Wonderful
The staff were exceptionally kind, proactive and efficient, a truly well coordinated team. The rooms were clean, with generously sized balconies. The spa is outstanding, and the rooftop restaurant has a cosy atmosphere.
The street next to the hotel is quite busy, and there are limited facilities for children.

Room was beautiful. Balcony was great. All staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Spa was great also. And lastly both the rooftop restaurant and spa restaurant are incredible. Two of the best we’ve been too on our trip.

Rooms were very comfortable and we had a nice view
Breakfast was ok, my main issue was that the service was not up to par for a 5 star hotel. We waited a long time for coffees, the hostess was busy getting food for herself rather than helping guests and the staff didnt notice all the broken glasses outside.

Nice property, nice location, very hospitable staff.
Someone came while i was out for dinner each evening to turn down the bed and empty trash cans and refresh towels.
The rooms have some wear and tear on them. I’d do a bit of cosmetic remodeling.
Including pics of the shower door and a piece of the wall falling off.
Coffee machine also didn’t work upon arrival; i had to tell them to replace it which they did.
