I would like to give special recognition to Alexandra, who handled both my check-in and check-out. This is the third consecutive year she has looked after me, and her warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness have been consistently exceptional. She called my room every day to check on me, making me feel truly welcomed and cared for. Her personal touch makes every stay memorable, and it is always a pleasure to return and see her again. Gorgeous hotel. The food was great at Ciro's. Pool bar (and prices and pigeon poo) was a little meh. Staff was amazing with exception of the gal who checked us in was a tad condescending. Room was very nice. Bed was super comfortable. Water free. Breakfast each morning was great. We also booked sun beds on the pier...it was very overpriced, but a great day in the sunshine and I didn't regret it one bit.
There were some parts of the hotel (and our room) that were a tiny bit shoddy and rundown. That, plus the underwhelming pool area (which in the photos looked like it was the place to be), I felt it was a little overpriced.

The location is excellent, and the management staff were very professional, attentive, and helpful when we raised our concerns.
Housekeeping was disappointing. Also, before booking, I would strongly recommend making sure your room is in the newly renovated section of the hotel, as this was not made clear to us at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we only found out quite late during our stay.
However, after we raised our concerns, the management team handled the situation very professionally and was helpful and attentive.

The staff at Le Majestic went above and beyond. The concierge organized several “hard-to-get” reservations for us. Service was amazing and we never waited more than a few minutes for anything we requested to the room. The location is unbeatable.

Although we initially experienced some issues with the room we had booked, everything changed after we spoke with the Guest Relations Manager, Iona. She went above and beyond our expectations to make things right by upgrading us to a beautiful Presidential Suite. The room, the exceptional service, and the genuine care shown by the entire team completely exceeded our expectations.
The staff were professional, attentive, and truly committed to ensuring we had a wonderful stay. Their outstanding customer service turned our experience around, and we are very grateful. We will definitely choose Hotel Barrière Le Majestic again whenever we visit Cannes, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel with exceptional service and hospitality.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, and we really enjoyed our experience.
Our only suggestion would be to consider renovating or updating the furniture in the entrance, lobby, and elevators, as these areas feel a bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel.
We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit, and we hope to see these improvements in the future

Best beach club lounge chairs in Cannes, clean facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. I was pregnant during our babymoon stay and they wrote a personalized note and gifted a stuffed animal. Great location and a 5 star experience.
