Room was so clean, we had a balcony it was lovely, air-conditioning, We got upgraded to a superior room and didn't even ask, staff were so friendly an helpful. Would definitely stay again an highly recommend.
I couldn't say a bad word against it, it's central to everywhere.

Our room was not the one we chose according to the pictures and description on the site and which one we paid for. It was a completely different room, smaller, without a balcony that was huge in the photos. This was an issue during the summer stay if you want to dry your clothes. The room was on the fifth floor, so it was in the renovated attic. The elevator only reaches until the 4th floor, where are the "normal" rooms. During summer, that is an issue. Beds were comfortable, and stuff was nice, but we did not pay for the room we got, and accurate pictures should be on the site.
