The Luxotel was nice and comfortable had a bus stop out the front to get into the main city area. Great bedding no fridge.
No fridge rooms are on the small side for us the location wasnt great and the sea view was obstructed

High quality of services.
First of all, when you arrive you have to leave your car in the road to get the checkin, and pay for the parking, only then you can acces the underground parking. Then, there is a garanty that is not mentioned anywere, which is pretty high and blocks an amount of money you could use: even though I paid 500 for 3 nights and another 200 for parking and breakfast, they blocked another 100/night (300 in total) as guarantee. This amount could not be left as cash, only by creditcard. Above this, there was a poolbar which was closed during our entire stay. If you wanted something to drink you had to dress up and go inside the hotel and order from the bar.

Good lunch and dinner menu. Rooms are small but cute. Nice pool, few steps from the beach. I prefer this area then la Croisette as its less crowded and more relaxing. You can walk to la Croisette (25 minute walk) or take a bus only 3 stops to la Croisette which is very convenient. Room service and cleaning daily which is amazing! Thank you for an amazing stay!
The AC is very old and needs to be changed. Bad smell in hallway to go to rooms.

Didn't even acknowledge special requests prior to checking in and after check-in when we wanted to move rooms no success. Paid for room with balcony garden view and got only view of the roof of extension below.
