I had an issue with my reservation: Booking.com stated that the room included AC. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed me that no AC is available in November. This was never mentioned on Booking.com or anywhere else. They even claimed that all hotels in Cannes don’t have AC in November, which I later confirmed was false—since their neighboring hotel did have AC running.
I checked out and reallocated to that neighboring hotel. I requested a full refund due to the misleading information, but the hotel refused. I escalated the matter to Booking.com support, yet no solution was reached, and I was charged for a full night without staying there.
Totally not recommended.
Suggest booking at JW Marriott instead.

It’s close to the beach and prime shopping. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful.
The bed was super uncomfortable I barely slept. The food at the restaurant 7/10. Beware of local criminals 2 guys attempted to rob my fiancé of his watch but he was able to push them off and they ran away.

I recently stayed at this so-called luxury hotel and was thoroughly disappointed. For the luxury price I paid, I expected elegance, comfort, and top-tier service — instead, I got the bare minimum you’d expect from a 4-star budget hotel. The room was shockingly basic and had limited toiletries. Service was equally uninspiring. Staff were polite, but uninterested and slow to respond to even the simplest requests. There was no concierge-level attention, no personal touch, nothing to justify the sky-high prices. Overall, this hotel is riding on location and nostalgia, but delivering budget-level service at luxury prices. Save your money — there are far better options for the same price which for sure provide equal service to the money they charge.

A very nice touch is that all the staff remember you by name and what room you are staying in!
The pillows are not that comfortable!
Although the food in the restaurant and cafe is amazing, the service is terrible!!
Takes too long to get anything done, and almost every time there's something wrong with the order!

Amazing hotel! Definitely a 5 star experience. Big room, lots of amenities and attention to detail.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Not a huge selection but it was still easy to find what you needed for a well balanced meal. The quality of foods was excellent as well.
Location on the Croisette was fabulous. Take a stroll along the shoreline and then return to the hotel. On site parking for a reasonable price was also appreciated as Cannes is so packed and parking can be very difficult to find.
The AC did not really work well. However since we visited in April and it wasn’t to hot this wasn’t a huge deal. Being able to ventilate by opening the window did remedy this somewhat.
