The apartment is clean and spacious and in a great location - so many options from the front door The staff were all very helpful with recommendations and stored my luggage for a few hours before the train left Definitely would love to return here
The 4 flights of stairs - next visit I will have a lighter suitcase

Distance to De Festival is perfect!
WIFI suck!!!! I cant do my work on my laptop due to poor wifi connection! I visit for work and wifi is important for me but very disappointed! I did text the receptions questioning about wifi but no reply! No hairdryer

The location was excellent and the studio was very clean
The key code didn't work and I had to wait for someone to come and let me in to the studio. I was on the 4th floor with 62 steps and this wasn't made clear when I reserved.

It was a compact but comfortable apartment in an amazing location. The terrace is an added bonus and a great addition considering the apartment is otherwise quite small.
The key box situation was annoying. We were lucky to get early access and because the front door was a coded entrance we could get into the apartment building, but the key box in which the apartment keys are stored is time sensitive so we couldn't get the keys out of the security box because it was before the official check-in time. We had to walk back to the management office to get a one-time code to get the keys out. Then for some reason when it came to checking out the original code didn't work, nor did the one-time code, so we had to leave the apartment unlocked and the keys on the kitchen table.

Basically everything, apartment is so comfortable and in a great location, silent, full of useful amenities like kettle, espresso machine, pots, cuttlery and amazing balcony. Chilling there during warmer temperature days would be perfect! Also the check in is autonomous, with code at the entrance and code-lock systems for keys.
Have to think about it but overall, great AAA+ experience

the location is very central and the design of an apartment was very nice
I didnt like that none of my codes didnt work to take the key from the apartment, I needed to call the assistance - guys did a great job and thanks god they spoke English (not taken for granted in France). and also Wi-Fi didnt work

Fully equipped apartment at very central location in Cannes. The staff responds very quickly to any requests or questions. Our room was spacious and bright.
