I like the location and the lobby
Facilities were a bit worn out and the lights were confusing to open and close. Breakfast stays on only till 10am which I think for people on vacation in SoF is too early. Staff were not as accommodating. The rooms have bulky furniture. The rooms were not being cleaned you had to ask for your room to be cleaned.

Good location, nice rooftop, friendly staff. And the beach access was smooth. The room was spacious and quite.
The facilities in the spa needed booking prior, and for some reason the AC in the room wasn't reaching the bed (in the suite)

Staff went above and beyond to make sure customers were happy. Great location and rooftop.
Only thing is that coffee should be included in a quite expensive breakfast and hotel.

One of the best stays , everything from the staff to the facilities was amazing - the breakfast buffet had diverse warm and cold options. The spa and gym facilities are as shown in the website

Location is perfect, you are walking distance to everything. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.
The breakfast was only okay and you had to pay extra for some items. If breakfast is included, everything on the menu should be included.

One of the hotel’s advantages is its excellent location. The rooftop pool, along with breakfast served with such a magnificent view, is what truly makes it stand out.
The carpet probably needs to be replaced. It doesn’t quite inspire confidence.
