The location was decent and close enough to the water. The pool, steam room and sauna in the spa area were very nice.
The rooms were dated and the air conditioning did not work or at least not very well.

Not worth paying for the pool in 8th floor.
The skills the people in the front desk had was poor. No help at all. Not possible to by wine or beer when we arrived at 1600 ??

The location of the property is very convenient for all the main points of the city. The room is quiet and clean. The breakfast is very good.
It's not up to the 4-star rating or the price paid. The room setup is completely absurd: drawers that don't open because they're blocked by the bed, a sink faucet that doesn't work because it's blocked by the bathroom cabinet. No attention to detail: all the furniture is chipped, burnt-out light bulbs never replaced, non-functioning router in the living room. As for the services: we requested beach towel rentals, but they weren't available on-site. The breakfast room doesn't have enough tables for guests, so they sent us to another room to share a table with other guests. These are certainly details, but given the price, in my opinion, they are not acceptable.

Very strange hotel lobby - felt like an African arrivals hall.
Ridiculous bathroom. Can only sit on toilet sideways and almost impossible to fit hands below tap on sink.

I change all my vacation plans because of them, I forget my passport in my safe box in my room before I change the room and I asked them to find out my passport and every time they said it was not there!!! for more than one week and after that, I go by myself and check the safe box and I found it there!!! and all of these make my vocation very stressful

Hotel is located in a more quiet area, a bit far from the main area in Cannes but you can find anything you need close by the hotel.
We couldn't enjoy our balcony because was a roof of another building right next to it, the view from the balcony shouldn't be described as city view, is only roof view...we took superior room just for the balcony but is not worthy.
