The location is good, walking you can be on the beach in 10 min.
I didnt like that in the announcement it says there is Parking. You assume as a client that you will have a p spot 24/7, but it is not like this. After you pay they would tell you that you can park in the surrounding but it is very hard to find a free spot. In one night it took me around 90 min to find a place and far away from the apartment. Plus they have a hidden fee of 300 euro for a deposit. Is not a 5 star room, deposit for what?? Plus there was dust on the machines( coffee machine , popcorn) in the apartment. No knives to cut bread or a watermelon.

The apartment is a 10-12 min walk from the Croisette making it easy to pop back and forth when needed. Theres a Monoprix even closer, by the train station for groceries, and plenty of patisseries there too. Beds are comfortable and towels soft. Its quiet at night, and the kitchen has all you need. A good spot for the film festival

Very nice appartment, has any thing you need. More then big enough for one or two peraoons. And kids can be in the leaving room. Very clean, fully equipped kitchen and has a small balcony and big windows lots of light.
The main sleeping bed is two singles connected
