We had an amazing stay at Le Poussin! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The hotel has such a beautiful and stylish design, with a warm and charming atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable, and every detail of the hotel feels carefully thought out. The staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also perfect for exploring Cannes, while still giving us a lovely place to relax after a busy day. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience, and we would happily stay at Le Poussin again. Highly recommended!

The front desk lady that checked us in was friendly professional and welcoming. She made the check-in process smooth and gave a great first impression of the hotel. Excellent customer service. Lovely hotel and staff and we really enjoyed our stay.
The size of our room was the only issue we had, it wasn't like the pic that we booked. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful interior and good design and good location.
but the experience did not feel 4-star. Breakfast was repetitive, and tomatoes and cucumbers were unavailable for two days. Sadly, I found a bedbug in the room on our last day, which completely ruined our stay. Also, the €200 deposit was not mentioned anywhere on Booking.com before we booked; we were only informed about it at check-in, and I still haven’t received it back.

The rooms were clean, renovated and comfortable.
The rooms were very small, it was almost impossible for two person to move inside the room. It didnt worth the price we paid. Also, it was impossible to leave a window open at night because of noise outside. The breakfast wasn’t good at all. There was no minibar inside the room. All in all it was good, but it was pricy for this hotel.

The staff, made a mistake with my bookings, poor customer services, got confirmation for a late check out. Surprised to get a wake up call at 11 asking me to empty the room. all they can say, we’re sorry things change when we’re busy.

The hotel was decent overall, but we had a very disappointing experience with the reception staff. We left a €200 deposit that we were unable to get back due to an alleged technical issue preventing the hotel from releasing it. Despite several follow-ups, we kept receiving the same response with no concrete solution. We had to repeatedly chase the hotel and eventually file a claim with our bank, providing evidence, in order to recover our money. This level of service and lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially for a hotel located in Cannes.

It is very good value for money, easy going, super clean!
Only things they switch off the AC if you are not there so when you come home the room gets a little hot. Second thing they offer this “hot” bassin or pool the problem is it’s not hot sadly. But overall I would stay again there.
