Receptionist was excellent- very attentive to guests needs. Offered me her phone charger as mine wasn’t fit for purpose- Also took time to speak to me and advise best tourist destinations
The internet was off all weekend. Having travelled in from the UK, o was having some issues with roaming services so I was hoping to use the internet to connect with friends but this wasn’t possible. This resulted in me missing my friends wedding as they couldn’t contact to make me aware of transportation changes. This part of my stay was way below par.

Clean and good location. Staff very friendly
The parking entrance and ramp needs to be cleansed. It‘s greasy and sandy so it’s very hard to drive the ramp up
Also the interior needs some renovation

Good location - close to the beach area and city centre. It was great to have underground parking.
Difficult to get into the parking especially for the very first time as there is no intercom at the entrance. We needed to stop at the parking entrance and walk to the reception. Also, parking space is quite dark.
Pillows and blanket are stored in the closet. Not sure if they are fresh and clean for the customer. I was a bit hesitated to use them at the first place but it seems ok. There is no hand soap and only one bottle of shampoo and bath.
Overall the apartment is ok.
