The location of property was good. The flat is nice and have all the amenities.
The apartment caretaker Viktoria is very disrespectful towards the guests, and charged 500 euros for the security deposit while it was clearly mentioned in the booking that the security deposit is 200 euros. At the checkout, she targeted us with false allegations that more people than the number in booking stayed at the flat which is total lie. She was very rude towards the kids, and tried to threaten us by saying that she will call police on us when we asked for our deposit. There was nothing mentioned in the terms and conditions that the flat needs to be cleaned, and at the checkout, she told that the flat was very dirty nd charged 50 euros for the cleaning from security deposit.

great location, very spacious, airy, quiet & convenient!! had most amenities needed & for what’s missing it’s conveniently located next to Monoprix where you can find everything from grocery to last minute shopping needs + it’s 100 meters from rue d’Antibes, main shopping street in Cannes ?
broken dinning chairs & used up sofa. if you’re staying for long you’ll need a change of bedding sheets. no parking available so you’ll need to park in one of the nearby garages for a hefty sum !!

The hosts were amazing people and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment is very well located, within walking distance of the busy city centre and its local restaurants and pubs, but not too close to them to be uncomfortably noisy. The railroad station is across from the apartment. There are some quick drop-off places for the people coming by car; if you are lucky, you could even get free parking on the street on the other side of the train station. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need, has three separate toilets, nice furniture and is well maintained. The stairway is also clean and seems secure. Overall, we loved our stay here.
There are only two things we could mention on the negative side: 1. The cleaning didn’t seem very well done. Some of our bedsheets had a sour smell. 2. The floors looked clean at first sight, but we gave them one more mop since our 2-year-old would run barefoot, and the water came out very dirty.

bright charming apartment managed by a smart host . I’ve spent a beautiful long weekend with my daughter over here and I hope l ‘ll be back soon or later ! there’s everything you need to relax and enjoy the life in Cannes .
