Poor
Location was nice due to proximty do train station, Rue d' Antibes and La Croisette
Room as super tiny. My boyfriend barely fit in the room mini hallway. The bed did not seem to be a queen size but a full. The bathroom was super small and by boyfriend who is a big 6ft guy couldn't fit in the shower. The shower doors didn;t close properly even with no one inside.

Wonderful
Excellent location and very supportive friendly staff. The train station is so close that I could make an easy one day trip to Monaco to participate in an important international event. Best food joints close by.
No Microwave in the room.

Poor
Just the location
This is our 5th time staying at this hotel, but the first time since the management changed. We booked a superior room for 6 nights. In previous years we have stayed in both basic and superior rooms, so I know what both are like. The one we stayed in had a view of a horrible inner courtyard and was above a facility that made a disturbing noise non-stop. Totally unacceptable for a 6 night stay and for people over 60. We will definitely not be back.

Wonderful
Only a few minutes from the train station, this nice hotel is in the heart of Cannes, just 300 meters from the port and also walk distance from the area where the famous Carlton hotel is situated.
The room is good, with a good bed and bathroom. The staff was great.
We did not have breakfast, mainly because it was too warm in this rooftop restaurant (Cannes in summer can be hot!)

Disappointing
The location was decent
This is not worth 4 stars, the interior is ugly, sounds like it hasn't been redone for 4 years, the rooms are small. I had a whole in the left side of my bed

Very Good
The location was 3 minutes walk to our work in the Palais and Majestic hotels. The walk to mid Croissette maybe 8 minutes. For the festive de Cannes, the location and value were perfect. The breakfast was stellar with fresh OJ every morning and hot scrambled eggs and meats or cereal and fresh berries and fruit with yogurt. Espresso machine was perfect with great coffee any time of the day or evening from the roof dining area. Thanks for a welcoming stay!

Pleasant
The location, the view from my room
The lift, the parking area in front of the hotel that was occupied by the same cars everyday blocking the entrance, and some of the extra receptionist staff who were not welcoming, smiling and cooperative.
