Disappointing
The location was decent
This is not worth 4 stars, the interior is ugly, sounds like it hasn't been redone for 4 years, the rooms are small. I had a whole in the left side of my bed

Very Good
The location was 3 minutes walk to our work in the Palais and Majestic hotels. The walk to mid Croissette maybe 8 minutes. For the festive de Cannes, the location and value were perfect. The breakfast was stellar with fresh OJ every morning and hot scrambled eggs and meats or cereal and fresh berries and fruit with yogurt. Espresso machine was perfect with great coffee any time of the day or evening from the roof dining area. Thanks for a welcoming stay!

The location, the view from my room
The lift, the parking area in front of the hotel that was occupied by the same cars everyday blocking the entrance, and some of the extra receptionist staff who were not welcoming, smiling and cooperative.

The breakfast area is very nice with a beautiful view, the staff even assisted our need for gluten free bread. The location is also exceptional with a nice staff.
Not clean, the room we had was infested and the carpets are very dirty.
The room size live is smaller than it looks online. We were told that we will get to stop the car at the door of the hotel to load and unload the luggage but the truth is the owners had their cars all the time parked in front and we had to walk a distance to load our luggage.
