Don’t not stay here. When we arrived two you he ladies were having a heated discussion with the hotel manager. They had items stole from their room and the manager was being rude and aggressive. When I tried talking to them about it, the manager then got aggressive with me and rudely told me that if I tried to cancel my reservation they would not refund me and that this “sort of thing happens all the time”. We left the hotel before we checked in, didn’t feel safe.

During my stay at this hotel, I experienced one of the worst situations I’ve ever had while traveling. I accidentally left my bag in the lobby. According to the CCTV footage, it remained there for about 10 minutes before another guest reported it to the reception desk. The hotel staff refused to provide me with the receptionist’s name or any identifying information, which only made the situation seem even more suspicious. While reviewing the CCTV footage, I clearly saw the receptionist take my bag and open it. After nearly an hour of watching the footage, Mr. Aurian suddenly claimed that the receptionist only opened my bag to find my name and room number. He even showed me a piece of paper with my details written on it. However, this explanation raises obvious questions. If the receptionist had already identified my name and room number, why wasn’t my bag delivered to my room? Why wasn’t my identity verified before handing the bag back to me? These are basic security procedures that any reputable hotel should follow. Instead of answering these simple questions, Aurian completely lost his professionalism. He started shouting at me, raising his voice, accusing me of lying, and even claimed that I never had any money in my wallet in the first place. Being treated like a criminal after being the victim of theft was absolutely unbelievable. The situation became even worse. Not only was all of the cash stolen from my wallet, but my credit card was also taken and used to withdraw all the money from my account. When I asked when the receptionist finished his shift, I was told it ended at 7:00 a.m. Very conveniently, the first unauthorized transaction on my card took place at 7:58 a.m. Throughout this entire ordeal, the hotel showed no empathy, no concern, and offered no apology whatsoever.

The hotel was very close to the train station and also few steps away from the main center where you can find all the shops and restaurants. Also it’s about 10-15 mins walk to the main beach. Great location + great atmosphere ✨

They dont have enough receptionist we waited too long for both check in and check out. However, personnel were trying to help us any moment. Our shower does not have any borders in the bathroom. It was totally open.

Close to the mainline train station. Free upgrade to a suite with a large balcony. Comfortable large beds, good shower and bathroom.
You may be put off by the proximity to the main road, but we didn’t find it a problem. Soundproof windows.

The location of the hotel was decent. Only good part.
The hotel room did not have a functioning AC. This ruined our entire trip as it was extremely hot during the time of our stay. The executive who was on duty promised us a refund of some sort after discussing with their manager, but this never happened! Also, the room was overpriced - totally not value for money. Staff was also quite rude.
