The location is perfect! Its just 3mins walk to Palais de festivals, 3 mins walk to Carefour supermarket. Many restaurants nereby

Nice and comfortable. In the centre of Cannes, few steps from the Croisette and the Palais de Congrs. Pascal, the owner, is super kind and always available.

Fabulous concierge! Pascal was incredibly kind, thoughtful and efficient. He really made my stay a delight - great restaurant recommendations, so helpful with my ridiculously heavy baggage, kindly allowing late check out. The room was perfect for cooking meals - well equipped mini kitchen, fridge, stovetop, microwave and excellent *stainless steel* water kettle (so you don't boil water in plastic.) Loads of towels, lovely view over the rooftops and amazingly quiet despite being in center of town. Has an elevator. Walkable to everything, few minutes walk to train station, market etc. Location, location, location. No, it's not the Carlton but the price is right and Pascal is a superstar!

I am hesitant to describe how much I enjoyed this long stay of 6 nights during the Cannes Lions. From the moment Pascal personally greeted me, explained the set-up and privacy of the room, albeit with a private bathroom 1 meter outside the main room, everything was great! It is super quiet, comfortable, and the location CANNOT be beaten. There is a nice window allowing natural light all day without a view per se. And the AC was at the perfect temperature all the time.
Occasionally, as the room sits adjacent to a major movie theatre, you could tell when action scenes were on. But honestly this was after 11am and I was out and about for the most part at this time. In the sleeping hours, total silence! The shower head was a little finicky but I am sure something which has been addressed by now.

Pascal was a great host, thanks again. He is providing all the info you need both in person and mobile. The place is in a great location. You can reach all you need by walking around.

I traveled to Cannes for the Cannes Lion festival and this location was absolutely perfect. Pascal was an amazing host and he was available for anything I might need (even when my keys got misplaced!). Great wifi, air conditioning, quiet, plenty of storage space and a comfortable bed. It had everything I needed for the week and felt lucky to find such a gem.
The only thing I wish was that the studio got cleaned daily and there was an overhead shower vs. handheld.

Great location. Perfect size room for a week's work
Power points were a bit tricky to find (but they were there!) And kettle/ coffee stuff was a bit bust.

Very Good
Pascal was very friendly and waited for us to show us personally the room. The location is great near everything. I would definitely recommend this place.
There was a bad smell in the fridge. No cleaning and no new soap or shampoo.
