The Apartment was close to the Boulevard de Croisette, which is the main street close to the beach, and the Carlton which is super convenient. About a 1km walk to the Palais de Festival which is super cool. The apartment is super spacious. We loved the fact that there were 2 toilets and 2 spacious bathrooms and the apartment is classique in decoration which makes it neutral on the eye and of course a nespresso machine so remember to pack your coffee pods.
The Arthur Apartments has alot of options in Cannes - make sure you scroll down to the bottom and get the name and street adress for the one you chose - Else you will be going to the Rue Antibes adress - like we did after a loooong flight and being super tired - up and down to find we were at the "office"adress and not the apartment adress - We mentioned to the host to please ensure they send a message atleast clients in future to say remember your adresss is "x" remember to go to the right adress. Atleast the lady waited with the keys which was good. When we entered the apartment the dishes (atleast washed) were still in the dishwasher and not neatly packed in the cupboard, The Aircon was not working well in lounge and some of the doors did not lock nicely - atleast you are on the 3rd floor. The wifi only worked for 1 day in the apartment and then we had to stand at the open front door close to the modem to use the wifi - which was super inconvenient - but all the rest really ok.

Very good value to price. The location is amazing as it is 2 mins from the main street (Antibes) and 5 mins to the beach. A quite big apartment, with balconies, two bathrooms, appropriate for 5 people.
The floor was a little dusty; a quick sweep before our arrival would've made our stay perfect. Other than that, everything was great.

Centrally located so everything is very close. Staff is very responsive and super friendly (even at night we got a response) The appartement is spacious, clean and very cozy. Every room, the 2 Bedrooms and Livingroom, has a TV. My expectations were exceeded and I would/will book this place again!

Amazing modern apartment in the perfect location.
Arthur thr host was fantastic and very helpful.
Did get a little loud a night from the music near by but not an issue at all.

Very convenient location. The staff are very responsive and provided quickly anything that we needed. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The fact that it had 2 bathrooms was really great.
Wifi was a bit slow, other than that everything was perfect!

Good location, comfortable although the apartment is more for two people than for 4, clean, in a quiet place
The day before arrival we were written a message (in small letters, hard to see that it is an address) another address where we will be accommodated, and we had already paid a taxi from the airport to the address where the accommodation was originally paid for. We also expected that there would be everything that was stated in the list when choosing the apartment, but still there was none: basic hygiene and cleaning products, such as hand soap, the offered shampoo and shower gel were literally for one use and not for a 4-day stay for 2 tenants, there were no bathrobes or slippers, there was no means to wash dishes by hand, there were no spare bags for sorting waste, there were no kitchen towels and the roll paper in the kitchen was at a minimum... and not all the lights worked...
These things are not such a big problem, but if we had known in advance , we would have taken it with us, instead of having to search late at night where there is a store to buy hand soap after a whole day at airports...

We are a family with 2 small children: 2 and 4 years old, stayed there for 10 nights and we enjoyed it. The apartment is in a perfect location, on the main street, it's quiet despite the location. There's everything you need right as you walk outside the building: shops, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, bus and train stations are easy to reach, the beach is about 5 min walk. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, it has a dish washer, washing machine, A/C, TV, Wifi, ...
Well nothing to complain about, the air conditioner in the living area was a bit noisy.
