The apartment is right in the center of Cannes. I didn't expect to be in such a perfect location - stepping out of the building right in the middle of Cannes full of fashion stores, restaurants, bakeries, beach everything. And I mean literally right there!
Beach - 2 min walk (golden sand with crystal clear water)
Restaurants - 1 min walk (at least 30 amazing restaurants all around)
Bakeries - 2 min walk (geez, French bread is to die for)
Stores - 0 min walk (right there!)
Castle - 20 min walk (walk through the street that leads straight to the castle with a panoramic view of the city).
And the best is that this location isn't a party area, no loud music, no loud tourists, you an live there like you are a resident of Cannes.
The apartment has 2 normal size bedrooms, two big enough bathrooms, and a big American-style kitchen/dining/living area.
Nothing, all was good.
The most inconvenient thing was that we've arrived late at night and had to take a taxi to get the key from far away from the apartment. It cost us an extra 50 that wasn't calculated. A key locker at the location of the apartment would be great to have. But this doesn't belittle the fact that the apartment was amazing!

Toilette was not clean properly on our arrival,the flat is very basic, provide a kitchen however there are no kitchen accessories - would advise to provide at least some cups

Perfect location and comfortable apartment. A bit small for 3 people but its OK for a short stay. Otherwise the appartement is great for a couple or 2 people.
bathroom is in the the bedroom, which is good for a couple but not for a group of friends. The towels are very used, must be changed ! the coffee machine was smashing the capsules, need to be replaced

The Apartment was close to the Boulevard de Croisette, which is the main street close to the beach, and the Carlton which is super convenient. About a 1km walk to the Palais de Festival which is super cool. The apartment is super spacious. We loved the fact that there were 2 toilets and 2 spacious bathrooms and the apartment is classique in decoration which makes it neutral on the eye and of course a nespresso machine so remember to pack your coffee pods.
The Arthur Apartments has alot of options in Cannes - make sure you scroll down to the bottom and get the name and street adress for the one you chose - Else you will be going to the Rue Antibes adress - like we did after a loooong flight and being super tired - up and down to find we were at the "office"adress and not the apartment adress - We mentioned to the host to please ensure they send a message atleast clients in future to say remember your adresss is "x" remember to go to the right adress. Atleast the lady waited with the keys which was good. When we entered the apartment the dishes (atleast washed) were still in the dishwasher and not neatly packed in the cupboard, The Aircon was not working well in lounge and some of the doors did not lock nicely - atleast you are on the 3rd floor. The wifi only worked for 1 day in the apartment and then we had to stand at the open front door close to the modem to use the wifi - which was super inconvenient - but all the rest really ok.

Very good value to price. The location is amazing as it is 2 mins from the main street (Antibes) and 5 mins to the beach. A quite big apartment, with balconies, two bathrooms, appropriate for 5 people.
The floor was a little dusty; a quick sweep before our arrival would've made our stay perfect. Other than that, everything was great.
