Far more than I expected when booking. The communication was brilliant. The reception staff were lovely. The appartment was spotless. the bed was large and very comfortable. The additional charge for the dog was very acceptable.

Room was modern, clean with all the conveniences that we required for an overnight stop, including a very comfortable bed. We also had an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of food to choose from. The lady receptionist who spoke excellent English was most helpful throughout our brief stay. Car parking was easy directly near property.

The showers were hot and the bed linens clean.
We were given two rooms on separate floors for me and my children, meaning two of my kids were on a separate floor from me. Not great. There was no staff there when we arrived at 7:30pm so there was no chance to get help. We made the best of it but it was not ideal. One of the rooms was older and pretty worn. Not the best budget hotel I have stayed at. I wouldn't let my kids leave their room without me.

Exceptionally helpful staff who quickly returned an object I forgot in the room to me by post. I also valued the parking, convenient key code entry and location at walking distance from the centre.
There was an unpleasant smell of people cooking in the corridors (likely unsuficcient ventilation) and also the sink in the kitchenette and bathroom had an unpleasant sewerage smell.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Its a good location - you can walk into the centre in 15/20 minutes. It was quiet in the evening
There was not enough hot water for 2 people. Only one of us could take a shower in the evening and it took hours before it reheated even to use the kitchen sink.
The kitchen is handy however its so small its really not easy even to use the limited facillities that are there.
The garden apartment has access to outdoor space however it is very open and would feel more secure if the patios were fenced in a little, or there was a border
The reception closed at 7pm so we could not report the water issue and we left before 8am the next day when it opened

Late arrival was easy with all information forwarded in good time. Large private carpark . Quiet. Comfy bed. Fridge, microwave, kettle, 3 essentials for me!

Basic room but had everything we needed. Nice breakfast. Good to have basic cooking facilities and we found a local shop not too far away.
No instructions as to how to get into the car park. Luckily another visitor came at the same time and was able to let us in. Once in, lots of car parking spaces.

Upon arrival, there were a bunch of midges in the room. Dozens, I couldn't get rid of them on my own. Since we checked in on Sunday, the reception was not working. No one responded to my personal message either.
