Great location on old town square. Easy walk and great public transport nearby.
No bartender on duty at the time. Bar was run by check in staff so could not easily get a drink when check in is busy. Plenty of other places to go nearby but hotel lost out on additional revenue by not having bartender on duty.

Great location and attractively presented property.
We need to secure an additional bedroom and stay an additional night. Each of these requests was promptly and satisfactorily met.

Location is great, room so so - bed large but not of very good quality. Service is good.
A bit pricey becasue you can get the same class of lodging in the area for 25% less. However, Best Western is a good brand.
A little noisy on the square. Bed not really great. Room a bit cramped, and bathroom just ho hum.
Would have been better with a smaller bed, we had a king, and more room in the remaining space, like for a nice table to eat on, work on. There was a table, but just under the TV and cramped.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly. Bar was well stocked and again staff willing to help when requiring a drink. We did not eat at the premises but the reception recommended a beautiful restaurant which was perfect.
Room looked out onto a courtyard.
Overlooked by residents of apartments.
no shower mat in the bath was a little slippery and could've caused issues with an elderly customer

There was a water leak when we showenes. We were then moved to a very small and not so nice room. We asked to pay for late check-out. No problem, but due to the inconvenience with the room (room change), I would expect to maybe get a refund or the late check-out for free.
