This was a fabulous hotel in a nice region. The town itself has a lot of charm and the location is great for exploring Normandy. The staff was superb and the facilities were perfect.

Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very kind and professional. We particularly liked the the variety of the breakfast, and the availability of the water fountain with sparkling and plain water.
The price may be quite high depending on the period.

Hotel was relatively clean and easy to access - there is a restaurant inside where we ate and the food was relatively decent - other than that a good spacious room, decent shower and bathroom overall
The location is a bit off of downtown (a 5min drive but definitely not within walking distance) - the internet (wi-fi) was spotty - it did not work in none of my 3 Apple devices and when requesting assistance, the front desk was not of much help so I was without internet during my stay

Breakfast was great. Staff was nice and helpful. I really like how they made a few things nicer than other hotels. The table football freely available at the lobby, the water bottles we could fill up and take into the room.

The restaurant staff and the gentleman at reception saved the day.
We were first given a room where the sofa bed's sheets had not been changed. Luckily, the gentleman at reception showed us an alternative room. Having remade the beds, I would prefer that Novotel provide duvets for the sofa beds rather than the old and awfully stained blankets.

The power suddenly went out at 8am and two women who were not in uniforms came to repair it but failed to fix it. As a result, I couldn’t properly pack my luggage in the dark room and forgot the plug converter. I sent a message on the Booking platform to the hotel, hoping they could send the converter back to Paris, but the hotel didn’t reply. No one reminded us in the morning that breakfast would be charged extra, and they directly deducted the deposit. This is very unreasonable!

- There was a sock behind the couch in our room!
- The staff accused us for stealing coloring pens while we were about to leave the hotel and get in our car. We brought them with us with our own coloring books! Like we are going to pay 650 Euros for the room and think "hmm I am going to steal these 2 euros worth of pencils".
- The room was not cleaned in the 4 nights we stayed there. They only changed the towels.
- The breakfast was just average at most. You need to cook your own egg, they are not premade which means you have to wait for 5-10 mins for it to get ready.
