Very pleasant, helpful staff, stayed open late for our late arrival. Good communication. Very clean. Good breakfast.
Bed rather small and very hard, like sleeping in a board. Very uncomfortable rubbery pillows that your head bounces off when you turn over. Take your own!

Good place with nice shower, washroom, and bed arrangements. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.

Location was good, we were able to check in late
We had a dialogue about late check in and driving from the ferry but I wasn't told that I would need to book a parking space for the car. There was no parking space.
