Pleasant
Good place with nice shower, washroom, and bed arrangements. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.

The staff was VERY helpful. The hotel is located not far from good restaurants.
A good walk from the train station.

Very clean and nice rooms, enough parking space in the street in front of the hotel (without extra costs)
Very thin walls, adjoining rooms connected through a not soundproofed door (I had to listen to my neighbors for over 2 hours at night...); breakfast without any fresh items (no fruits or vegetables); staff could only speak French and kept talking to me in French though I told them that I didn't understand

Clean room, good service and nice breakfast. Parking near the hotel is free. Also the walk to the city center was not too long. Caen is a nice place with interesting history and many historic sights near.

The location was reasonable and within walking distance of restaurants and public transport The young man at reception was pleasant helpful
The room was very small.The shower was small 500mm from taps to door .A lot of people would not fit in and be able to turn around.The distance between the bed and the wardrobe was only 250mm.The cooling fan provided was at the end of its useful life and noisy.When you open the windows to try and cool the room down you have to put up with noise of the street below.The hotel provides two cardboard drinking cups and we damaged one of these on the first night and they were too miserable to replace it. Looked at the tea cups provided and they were cracked. We absolutely refuse to drink out of cracked cups.

the hotel is very nice, there is a private parking by a reasonable price (10E) as well as the breakfast (also 10E). The room was big enough for 3 persons

Secure parking and good breakfast buffet, extra charge. Kettle and tea and coffee, no fridge or milk
No fan or air-conditioning, shower and toilet area a bit small.
