Wonderful
Clean and comfortable. Great location near the station. A nice walk into the city or a tram stop nearby.
Not all staff spoke English but there was always someone on duty with English. Can store luggage and organised a taxi to the airport.

Wonderful
Nice hotel near by train station and walkable distance to the city centre approx. 30min. Be sure to check with parking before arriving as there is not always space to put your car. However for a small fee we were able to park it in the street next to the hotel.

Wonderful
We loved the family room in the eaves - it gave the kids their own space. The beds were also super comfortable and we were also lucky enough to get one of the parking spaces.
Although we managed to get a parking space they were very tight.

Great location, walkable into Caen centre. Modern hotel, and room, comfortable be, great breakfast. Staff helpful. Limited parking on site, BBC News on the TV
Nothing, other than you had to pay for parking.

Poor
Location in the city
The room we booked supposed to be a 2 person room. We couldn’t hardly move, in the shower isn’t enough room to get in and out because if the inward turning door. We managed because we are slim build. When we told the receptionist so, she said we should have booked a ‘comfort room’.
When I booked the room I have sent a mail to ask for a spacious room because we also traveled with a dog. We didn’t get any answer. Breakfast was ok, but not logical displayed.
