The room met expectations for a 2 star hotel... no frills. Basic but bedding was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate with a variety of options to choose from and served in buffet style. Perfect for a night arrival and leaving next morning. Good location for visit to D-day Beaches.
Lack of phone and hairdryer in rooms.

Pleasant
Clean, easy to find. Typical budget hotel.
We notified late arrival and were given a code to get in which did not work. Door was open but nobody on reception. A fellow guest managed to ring the manager who eventually arrived. Said machine wasn't working for our code but he had left a note on top of the machine for us! Seemed to think it was our fault. Subsequent guests also struggled. Not what we wanted at 11.30 at night.

Very Good
Good value for money. Basic but perfectly adequate.
Would have preferred a key card for the door rather than a number on the invoice.

Very Good
Quiet location in a shopping center in the periphery. Despite the limited services offered by this type hotel, the person at the reception (11/7) was extremely friendly and helpful. Very basic room but clean and functional. Large parking area.

The room was clean. The location was good.
There was no remote for the TV so it wasn't possible to watch anything. The room was more basic and smaller than I was expecting.

Poor
Bed was confortable.
We booked a room for 3, 2 adults and 1 child. The child bed wasn’t even done, we had to put the sheet etc . On the mattress there were pubic hairs, just disgusting. We have asked in reception to make the bed and they say that it is not their job.
There was a very strong smell of smoke like someone was smoking in a room near us. No elevator.
Parking very dark.

The hotel was nice inside, The man at check in was helpful and friendly and I would use the hotel again in the future.
The rooms could do with tea / coffee making facilities, The hotel could be better signed and on booking .com directions / buses to get there explained better.
