Very, very friendly staff, were very happy to help and overall very customer friendly, location was okay as it next to the main station and a tram/bus stop, however the area outside the hotel was a little rough.
The rooms could've been a little bit cleaner as well as the bathroom. The area immediately surrounding the hotel was a little bit rough but that isn't the fault of the hotel itself.

- Nice and helpful young staff
- Rooms is of a comfortable size and layout similar to other Ibis budget hotels
- There is no air conditioning unlike other Ibis budget hotels I've stayed at. The reception was able to provide a fan upon request
- There is a dive bar / tabac adjacent to the hotel with some noise leakage into the rooms on one night of the stay

Convenient to car-hire drop off and bus to ferry port.
All very basic as expected from budget Ibis, but noisy youths congregate in street outside, smoking etc. until late. The poor breakfast choices; take your own gluten free.

Location near Train & Bus Stations.
Groups of youths congregate 1 metre outside of the front door of the hotel.
Very intimidating - I would never stay at this hotel again because of this issue.
A shame as inside it's very good.
Lot of noise outside from youths, metro trams + buses.

We checked in and and out of the hotel within 10 minutes. It was awful. False advertising, rooms were not how they look online.
I’ve stayed in ibis budgets before and nothing was nearly as bad as this one

The location: very close to the train station and close to a shopping centre.
The good impression when we arrived because the entrance door was small but when we went in, the place looked bigger.
We also loved the fact that we felt secure once inside as outside we met a group of people who were agitated and smoked cannabis, which made us uncomfortable because it was almost 11pm and was a bit dark.
There was a nice smell when we came in too.
The fact that the cleaner knocked and opened the door at the same time around 9h45. She should have waited to make sure there was no one.

The staff were very helpful and kind. It was great to be able to safely leave our bags while we waited for our train for a few hours.
The breakfast is very basic and not worth the fee. There are a lot of people who hang out outside to use the free wifi and it can get noisy at night and iit feels dodgy. The double room bathroom is small and plastic like a cruise ship bathroom.
We had to pivot last minute to this accommodation when our booked accommodation cancelled at the last minute so options were limited.
