Convenient for a late arriving ferry - despite check in stated as closing at 11.30, a charming receptionist assured he would be there to let us in.
I must admit I was concerned having read previous reviews so, as I had 2 large dogs with me, I asked if I could upgrade to a bigger room which was agreed without hesitation. There is a coffee machine in reception, and I wasn't charged for it which was very nice. The bathroom was huge, plenty of hot water, good shower and very comfy bed. Friendly smiling staff and good breakfast. Will definitely use again.
The loo was clean but could do with some limescale remover.

Near to ferry port and in expensive.
No air con or fab and extremely hot so no sleep. Bathroom too small and no where to put anything.

It had a fridge was clean and the room itself was fine
Hotel was fine though instructions how to get to the hotwl were incorrect 2 times, which is not what ypu.need when you have been on the road for 6 hours.
The aircon didnt work, the powest the temp got all night was 28.5 degrees which os far too warm to sleep in.

Terrible from arrival to departure. The lady on the office was more bothered about being on her phone than sorting us out. Despite me asking for rooms next to each other, we arrived and were told if they couldn’t do it, which, as a family of 4, was a nightmare. Despite me asking for rooms with air con, again, rooms with no air con. It was a fitness and dangerous for young children. Bathrooms were dirty, floors had stuff all over them - a terrible experience from start to finish and we will not be staying here again.

Clean. Staff member was welcoming. Bed was comfortable
Bathroom was tiny! For a six foot man it was very difficult to even turn around in the bathroom. Decor was dark turquoise so in a very small room rather oppressive
