We chose this hotel because of the 24 hour reception, and because it was cheap! It was basic but clean, and breakfast was fine although the space isn't big enough to seat enough guests as mentioned in other reviews.
As mentioned elsewhere, the room is very small. We knew that in advance so can't really complain, but with luggage it was awkward to move around the room.

Location is close to museums and supermarket. Plenty of parking. Light cooking and microwave readily available. Staffs are friendly and helpul.
Room is a bit small, not a lot of space besides the mattress and some walking space.

- Absolutely nothing, I wouldn't be accommodated here even if it was free...
• Staff wasn't speaking any other language than French
• Rooms were small and dark (sometimes also wet and moldy)
• No cleaning service - even floor was dirtier than outside
• Breakfast were poor and WiFi was slow
• BEDBUGS, BEDBUGS, BEDBUGS:
- The 2nd night, when I turn off the lights and was working on my laptop, I noticed something crawling alongside me, what looked like a bed bug. I immediately looked under the sheets and pillow, and there were another one. I put the mattress aside and I saw many of them (when inspecting the bed frame, I almost puked). We rushed to the reception, but the staff didn't looked surprised at all and they changed my room right away. In the morning, someone new was already living in the contaminated room - terrible! After I read the Google reviews, it looks like this problem is around for a long time...

If we consider this complex as a hotel, it would be very bad, but if we consider it as a motel, it would be average, but the breakfast was terrible.
The rooms were very small, the noise from the hallway was annoying, the distance between the faucet and the sink was so small that only children could wash their hands.
I do not recommend it at all.

The location was ideal for me as I needed to be near enough to the ferry port for Ireland to arrive in time for a mid day departure. Convenience of location along with the reasonable price we're the main reasons for choosing this place to stay for only one night.
The accommodation is small and tired looking not very comfortable or big enough for a long stay. Although I ended up having to travel alone I had booked a double room, which was barely big enough for 1 person. I paid for and had the breakfast and was disappointed to find that the real coffee had been discontinued in favour of a coffee dispenser with a terrible, undrinkable blend of instant coffee and powdered milk.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was good, although the bathroom was tiny. The breakfast was good.
The room was, without doubt, the smallest room I have ever stayed in - barely the size of a standard double bed, and if more than 8 people had wanted breakfast at the same time, it would have been standing room only, and not much of that.
We've stayed in a Kyriad before which was very good, and this one didn't compare.
