Location was very good, easy access from the main roads and easy access into the City with the tram and bus system. Secure parking on site with courteous staff

The hotel is situated in centre of caen. It was very easy to access by public transport thar stops in front of the hotel.
The hotel was very quiet with good breakfast, comfortable beds and free parking
We had a family room with double bed and single which was perfect.
The staff was friendly
The restaurant was only open from tuesday till thursday.

Facilities were good, bar and lounge, nice welcome, beds comfy and good buffet breakfast, worth the money. Grassed areas around for walking the dog. Quiet at night.
Found it a bit difficult to find. Had to ring the receptionist.

The staff, particularly reception, were excellent as I had no idea when my husband would be discharged from hospital so they kept giving me options on the next night. The restaurant was superb and very reasonable just 13 euros for a main meal.
Room 304 was next to the lift and was constantly in use one night between 0400 and 0500. Shower was never very hot. We have stayed here on two other occasions in different rooms with no such problems.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Lovely welcoming seating area with tastefully designed interior and furniture.
Rooms were well thought out and designed for comfort and practical use.
My only thought about the room would have been useful if there was a mini fridge but not crucial.
