It was as expected. It was a very last minute booking due to our previous accommodation not what we expected. Staff were polite, room was clean and tidy.

After getting off the ferry at night, it was pretty easy to get too.
The night porter did help us sort out the self check-in. The room was clean and tidy.
Self check in worked however to pay the additional per person rd tax. You need to wait for the credit card machine to activate before continuing. Also it's best to take a photo of the screen with your room number and access code just in case an email doesn't arrive.
The room was hot and there was no air con or fan.

Lovely, friendly staff.very clean and great value. Perfect base for exploring Normandy and the DDay sites ...situated right near the Caen Memorial Museum.

Building is good and new.
The breakfast wasn’t nice, the room and number of tables was very little compared to number of guests. There was a large number of people waiting to be seated and not enough food.

Price, it’s a budget hotel with self check-in until about 16:30 which worked fine.
