Our rooms were not only not made up but they hadn't been touched since the last people left... No idea if someone hadn't shown up for work or what the situation was that led to this massive mistake but the fact we were given those specific rooms when they hadn't been cleaned seems ridiculous. The check-in situation was unnecessarily long and arduous. The doors slammed. Someone had wedged open a back door which meant the security of the entire building was undermined. There was not one staff member around to help with any of these situations, not even a security guard.

The security gate not closing on a evening. I was informed it did but on the two evenings I stayed it didn't. Not informed that the main door code was the same as your room code. I had to wait for the next guest to get entry.
