Service was aweful as password for room didn’t work and there wasn’t anyone to help , then after hours of contacting the holiday, we manage to get of hold of online customer service but he was SUPER RUDE and NOT WILLING TO HELP AT ALL.. we were with kids at midnight and that customer service after not helping us, told us to go and find other hotel!

Never as they were not at all helpful, three times they gave us wrong code for room and then after arguing then told us off!

It was comfortable and clean.
There was a misunderstanding about the payment. This is also booking.com fault as your email clearly states that everything had been payed for via booking.com. I had to pay on the premise and called for remote support. The staff member from B&B was really blunt and pushy. It left me with a bad taste and angry with both booking and the B&B staff member.
