The hotel and the room were very clean, nice and comfortable and located 5 minutes walk from the Chateau. The bed was very comfortable and our room was upgraded for free due to a cancellation. We were provided with a very strong fan that made a whole difference in the extreme weather, and the lovely gentleman at reception game me a lolly and a fridge watter bottle which was so kind and refreshing! We chose not to have the breakfast as we left early. The room had black out curtains and blinds, we had a very good sleep, it was quiet. The shower was very strong. Some people complained on their reviews about having a curtain instead of glass enclosure, but I don't think it is a massive inconvenience. Good communication too, I also received a welcome pack with a PDF with recommendations in the area. Overall a very good stay. I recommend it, as very good value for money as well.

The owners were charming and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The breakfast although served in the room was first rate. The journey by bike to the ferry port was beautiful.
No air conditioning but an effective fan was provided with the option offered to cancel free due to heat wave.

The room had great blockage of light and the room fitted us well for a few nights. Friendly reception staff and consideret cleaning staff. Conveniant coffee/tea station on upper level also offering a micro and cutlery.
The matress on the bed of room 203 was worned out, or of lower quality, our backs did not appreciate the stay. Window toward the street does not block out all noise. Note that this location is very close to bar and club area so people and car drivers make noises between 00-06. If a light sleeper like me, try to get a room the other side of the house.

Very clean.modern but traditional. Owner and his little kids were friendly and superb. Close to town. Choice whether to have breakfast. Great wiffi. Hood shower
No kettle to make tea,i know not always a thing in European hotels, but a mini fridge would be a nice.Quite a noisy road,though cannot blame owner for that..

Great location, only a few stops from main station and good access to public transportation. Clean room, comfortable bed. I was amazed how good the windows were to minimise noise as the room was on the street side. Thankfully, a fan in the room for the hot weather. Nice staff and spoke English Breakfast was okay, reconsider if you prefer a heavier breakfast.
The bathroom was a bit tight and no place for shampoo in the shower.

Well located, clean, safe and quiet. The Manager, Frank, was very helpful and friendly. Decent food and coffee area.
Bed was decent size but the mattress was in need of replacement as it sloped to one side. No safe or fridge. Limited night life.
