Disappointing
It had an appropriate size. Nice lighting and a calm neighbourhood.
Not so clean, weird sewage smell in the bathroom. Also the floor is somewhat sticky.

I've reserved an apartment for the night on the same afternoon - it was OKed. I've announced a late arrival - it was OKed in a reply message. However, I was not sent any codes/details how to enter the building nor how to retrieve the keys to the apartment which were in a locked safe. The Help phone number listed did not pick up during 20mn. If not for other visitors passing by who had the code to the safe (received few days before for their own late arrival) I would probably not have gotten access to the keys for an apartment already paid for and would have spent the night in the car... Explaining the issue to the reception manager the next morning she saw no fault/problem in their system (nothing to improve, nothing to apologize about) and told me I should book earlier next time (=the fault for not getting access to the keys was mine).

Comfortable beds, lovely clean bedding and towels. Well equipped. It was great for an overnight after getting off the ferry.
Struggled with the PIN to get into the hotel at 11pm. Made a telephone call for assistance and pressed for English but the guy only spoke French. He was helpful though and we sorted it out after a slight panic as we had young children with us!

Place was practical
Old and broken; the tap was not working properly, the fridge was broken inside but working, lots of things broken. Not really clean, under bed and radiators were full of fluffs. Smelly elevator.

We liked the room, overall. The mini-kitchen was a plus, but the state of the bathroom was a minus. Nevertheless, we had a good stay there.
The staff was somehow reluctant to communicate with us in English.

Simple and clean and close to the Tram. Fine for a basic stay.
Apart from the sofa bed there was no comfortable seating to relax in. The TV did not work. No oven, so restricted on what we could cook.

The bed was very comfortable, with nice bedding. There was a kitchenette which had everything that was needed. The room & bathroom were very clean. We are disabled, & had a room very near the lift. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment.
There was a smell in the bathroom.

the smoke area in front of the entrance door, you have to pass through the smoke if you want to enter in and out the building
